Before I explain how to delete an album you should know that you can delete albums you created but you won't be able to delete two types of Albums:

    • Albums that photospring creates automatically. These include albums in the Quick Playlist, Location and People sections of the album screen.
    • Cloud albums - these are albums managed from a cloud account like Google. To remove these albums you should remove the album in the cloud.

To delete a user created album, you can follow these steps below which are taken from this document on managing user created albums.

If you just want to delete the album but keep the photos:

    1. Go to the Albums screen. You can reach the albums screen using these instructions.
    2. Delete the album by clicking on the down arrow as shown below. It will reveal a small menu where one of the choices is delete.

If you want to delete the album and delete the photos in the album from the frame:

    1. Go to the Album screen and select the album you want to delete by tapping on it. This takes you to the Playlist screen for the album you selected.
    2. Tap on the Select button located on the right side of the screen. This takes you to the Select Screen that allows you to bulk operations on your album.
    3. Tap on the Select All button on the right side of the screen.
    4. Tap on the Trash icon
    5. Tap on Delete from Frame to delete the photos from the frame.  If you select Delete from Album, this will just remove the photos from the album.
    6. Once the photos are deleted you can then following the instructions above to delete the Album itself.
