To get the MAC or IP address for a PhotoSpring digital picture frame you can do this following:
First, get to the wifi screen
You can get to the wifi screen through the Menu button on the upper right corner of the screen. Tap the Menu button and then select Wifi.
On the Wifi Screen Tap the Three Dots
Tapping the three dots will open up the Wifi menu. Here's where the three dots will be located on the Wifi screen:
Tap Advanced in the Wifi Menu
In the Wifi menu tap the Advanced menu item.
Find the MAC or IP Address
After tapping the Advanced menu item you should see the screen below which contains both the frame's MAC and IP address. Note: the MAC address will never change, but your IP address may change from time to time based on how computer networking works.
