Here's what a video looks like in the Slideshow Screen. Videos in the slideshow are shown with a video preview image and Play arrow.
Auto Playback vs Standard Playback
There are two modes when playing video:
- Standard Playback Mode - videos are represented as a photo in the slideshow - except with a white play arrow in the middle of the photo representation. If you tap the white button, the video plays in a loop until you stop it.
- Auto Playback Mode - videos are represented as a photo in the slideshow - except with a white play arrow in the middle of the photo representation. When a video appears in the slideshow it is played automatically until the end, and then the next item in the slideshow is displayed.
To toggle between Standard Mode and Auto mode, please go to the Slideshow Settings guide and look for the Auto Play Videos toggle button. Set this to ON to enable Auto Playback Mode, and OFF to enable Standard Playback Mode. By default, videos are set to Standard Mode.
Here's what you can do in Standard Playback Mode:
Swipe Left | Go to the next item in the slideshow |
Swipe Right | Go to the previous item in the slideshow |
Tap |
Reveals controls:
|
Do Nothing | Video will loop until you exit video playback. |
Here's what you can do in Auto Playback Mode:
Swipe Left | Go to the next item in the slideshow |
Swipe Right | Go to the previous item in the slideshow |
Tap |
Reveals controls:
|
Do Nothing | When video ends the frame will display the next item in the playlist |
