Fixing a frozen screen

If you ever encounter a frozen screen where nothing responds please do the following:

1. Please note if you can, what caused this to happen and what messages you see on the screen. Take a photo if you can. Frozen screens are pretty rare but when they occur we would like to know about them. 
2. Wait about 2 min to see if the frame will unfreeze itself.
3. If the frame doesn't fix itself then perform a hard boot:
   1. Press power for 20-25 seconds 
   2. If the frame doesn't restart on its own - press power for 8 seconds
   3. Frame should boot up and function normally.
