The frame email is the email address that friends and family can use to email photos directly to your frame. This help article details how to transfer a frame email address from one frame to another so that friends/family can continue to use the same email address to send photos to your new frame.
Step 1: Turn off the Frame Email address on the old frame
Go to the Manage Frame Email screen through the Menu Button.
The Menu Button is a square with three lines located at the upper right corner of the screen. If you are in the Slideshow, tap the photo you see and it will shrink to reveal the Menu Button.
Tapping the Menu button will reveal the menu. Tap the Frame Email menu item to enter the Manage Frame Email screen.
On the Manage Frame Email screen tap the switch to set it to the OFF position. Make note of your frame email address here - you will reuse this address on your new frame.

Step 2: Turn on the Frame Email address on the new frame
Go to the Manage Frame Email screen on the new frame. In the Manage Frame Email settings screen - turn the switch to ON. You can use the same instructions in Step 1 above.
A link will appear below the switch. Tap it to set your frame email.
Once you have set your frame email address you can test it by sending an email to the frame with photos attached.
