If you have waited in vain for a connection request to appear on the frame, then the following are troubleshooting steps may help. They are ranked by order of problems most frequently encountered.

You see a red dot in the upper right corner of the frame. This means the frame is not connected to wifi or the Internet. | |
The frame appears to be connected to Internet but may have had a connection problem recently | The frame may be waiting an extended period of time before trying to reconnect. To force it to reconnect reboot the frame to reset the wifi/Internet connection |
The frame has not been completely set up | Please make sure you have gone through the initial steps of setting up the frame. |
