The following guide explains how to locate your frame code assuming you have physical access to the frame.

Situation 1
You have not completed setup of the frame
Complete setup of the frame. The frame code will appear automatically as part of the setup process. It will look like the example image below (but with a different frame code and slightly different text):
Situation 2
You have completed setup—but there are no photos on the frame
The frame code will be displayed clearly at the bottom of the screen, dynamically arranged within six distinct boxes.
Situation 3
You have completed setup and have photos playing on the frame
When a slideshow is active, the frame code is hidden to maximize your viewing layout. You have two clear choices to instantly access it:
Option A: From the Slideshow, access the Menu Button
- Tap the screen to reveal buttons.

Tap Menu button on the upper right corner.

Find the Frame Code at the top of the menu that appears.
Option B: From the Slideshow, double tap

Double Tap the screen with TWO fingers. This will reveal the frame code screen.
