PhotoSpring makes digital picture frames. All of our frames are wifi enabled and most of our models include a built in battery which makes the frames a perfect digital photo album.
We offer multiple ways to send photos and videos to the frame and unlike other digital photo frame vendors, sending photos and videos is always free and of the highest quality to match our HD screens.

Sending Photos to Your Frame Without a PhotoSpring Account
The following methods to sending photos and videos to your frame do not require a PhotoSpring account.
Summary: You can send photos and videos to the frame as email attachments.
Setup Time: Approximately 2-3 minutes
Sending Limits:
- PhotoSpring accepts up to 30mb of attached photos and/or videos
- Your email provider probably has an outgoing attachment limit that is less than 8mb
Requirements:
- You must have an email account from which to send an email using the frame's custom email address
- Frame must have been previously set up with a custom email address. View instructions on how to do this here.
Pros:
- Easy to setup
- Easy to send a few photos and videos
Cons:
- Can only send 20mb of files at a time. This is roughly 6-8 photos.
- Attaching photos can be tedious.
- Anyone with the email address of the frame can send photos to it.
- Tedious to send more than a few photos at a time

Cloud Photo Service
Summary: Connect the PhotoSpring frame to Google Photos and have it automatically sync the Albums from your Google account to your PhotoSpring frame.
Setup Time: Approximately 5-8 minutes if you already have a Google Photos account
Sending Limits:
- No limits
- Works with photos, but not videos
Requirements:
- You have a Google account
- You must have Albums in Google Photos
Pros:
- Easy to setup for anyone who has a Google Photos account
- Automatically send thousands of photos from your Google account to the frame
- Since your photos are already on Google they are never lost

Sending Photos to Your Frame With a PhotoSpring Account
The following methods to sending photos and videos to your frame require a PhotoSpring account. While creating an account requires an extra 5min to set up, sending subsequent photos is much easier and efficient.
Web
Summary: Sign into the PhotoSpring web portal at my.photospring.com and send photos/videos from your computer or smartphone to the frame.
Setup Time: Approximately 8-10 minutes
Sending Limits:
- A total upload size of 1GB with an individual file max size of 250mb.
Requirements:
- You must sign up for a PhotoSpring account using your email address.
- Your account must be connected to the frame.
Pros:
- Easy to setup for anyone who has created any other type of Internet account (Facebook, Google etc...)
- Quickly and easily send a hundreds of photos and videos
Cons:
- Can be difficult to setup for anyone who is a complete Internet novice.

Smartphone Apps
Summary: Download the PhotoSpring app for iOS or Android. Sign into the app to send photos from your smartphone to the frame.
Setup Time: Approximately 10-15 minutes
Sending Limits:
- There is a single file limit of 250mb.

- You must sign up for a PhotoSpring account using your email address.
- Your account must be connected to the frame.
- You must download the PhotoSpring app and sign in with your account.

- Easy to setup for anyone who has signed into any other apps
- Once set up, its the quickest and easiest way to send a hundreds or even thousands of photos and videos to a frame
