Videos can be sent to the frame from anywhere in the world provided the frame has an Internet connection.

Also note, while sending photos to the frame can take 30-120 seconds, videos will take longer. A rule of thumb is for every minute of video, it may take 2 min to process the video before it can be downloaded. This is because of the processing we do in the cloud to size the video for your frame to provide the highest quality video with the least impact on storage. We are looking to cut this time down significantly in the near future. Please take a look at this article regarding our general philosophy on video frames.
